Yes! You can provide specific instructions like separating items, using specific detergents, or special care for delicate fabrics. Additional charges may apply depending on your request.

7. How much does it cost to steam iron my clothes?
Steam ironing services cost:

  • Regular Clothes: ₹60 per kg.

  • Premium Clothes: ₹99 per piece (e.g., Silk Saree, Sherwani).

We accept small quantities as well, starting at ₹60 per kg.

Pickup and Delivery

8. How quickly can you pick up my laundry?
We usually pick up within 20-30 minutes of your request. In some areas like Bellandur, Marathahalli traffic may cause slight delays, but we will keep you updated on the delivery boy’s ETA.

9. How long does it take to get my laundry delivered?
For most services, we aim to deliver within 2-3 hours after pickup if the order is placed before 7 PM.

10. Can I schedule a pickup for later?
Yes, pickups can be scheduled at your convenience within our operating hours (9 AM to 9 PM). Just let us know your preferred time.

We provide laundry bags. You can inform the delivery person if you need to separate loads (e.g., light vs. dark colors). Each load will be processed and charged separately.

We take great care with your clothes but are not responsible for damage or color bleeding during the process, especially with delicate fabrics or garments with pre-existing issues.

Payments are accepted through UPI platforms like Google Pay, PhonePe, and Paytm. Payment is made upon delivery.

At this time, we offer ₹100 off on orders above ₹600 and ₹200 off on orders above ₹1000. There is no formal loyalty program, but we will update customers if any offers or programs become available in the future.
